The restoration process was carried out comprehensively, following our internal service procedures:

The spindle was disassembled, thoroughly cleaned, and all mechanical and electrical components were verified.
We used specialized tooling for restoring and grinding the taper surface. The taper regained its geometry according to DIN69893 standard.
3. Spindle bearing replacement
New precision ceramic bearings were installed, selected specifically for the working conditions of this spindle model.
We performed working condition simulations, voltage, and resistance testing of the entire signal path.
The balancing accuracy reached a level of 0.4G.
6. Load testing and final inspection
The spindle was tested at various speeds and temperatures, and the results were recorded in a service report.
